How we handle your personal data

This notice, given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), covers the website sichef.ai (sichef.it leads to it) and anyone who leaves their details through its forms.

Data controller

What we collect

• When you leave your details (“We call you”, “Pick a time”, “Apply”): name and surname, phone number, email address, the name of your restaurant or your city, the message you write, the time of the call you book.
• Technical data tied to the send: IP address, the page you sent the form from, the campaign parameters you arrived with (UTM), date and time.
• Browsing: the site counts visits in aggregate and anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you (see the Cookies page).

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To call you back, answer your request and tell you how Sì Chef would work in your restaurant: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To set up and hold the video call you booked, with the calendar invite: same basis.
• To consider an application to the sales team: same basis.
• To protect the site from automated sends and abuse (send limits, IP checks): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting and anonymous visit counting.
• Neon Inc. (United States): the database the request is stored in.
• Resend Inc. (United States): confirmation emails and internal notifications.
• Telegram: the internal alert that tells the owner a request came in.
• Google LLC: the calendar and the video call (Google Meet), only if you book a time.

Where data is processed outside the European Union, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

For how long

For as long as it takes to handle your request and the relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the address above.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to the processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to hello@glowbright.io. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Cyprus the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
